The Town welcomes Councilmember Christopher Burghoff to the Esto Town Council.
The Esto Town Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Esto Town Hall, located at 3312 2nd Avenue South, Esto, Florida.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed agreement regarding the Esto Volunteer Fire Department and the potential for fire services to move under Holmes County Fire Rescue / Holmes County Sheriff’s Office.
Alday-Howell Engineering, Inc. will present the Final Adaptation Plan prepared under the Town’s Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Resiliency Grant awarded in 2023.
The Regular Town Council Meeting for March has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
Several key updates were made, including changes to Town Hall hours and updates to the makeup of the Town Council.
The Town Council and community members will discuss proposed projects to improve Esto’s infrastructure, parks, utilities, and public safety.
The Esto Town Council has voted to change the regular meeting time for monthly council meetings.

The meeting aimed to address the challenges posed by the Public Works Director’s absence and devise a plan to support Martin and the town’s operations during this time.
