March 18, 2026 | 5:00 PM | Esto Town Hall

The Town of Esto will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM prior to the 6:00 PM Town Council Meeting.

Alday-Howell Engineering, Inc. will present the Final Adaptation Plan prepared under the Town’s Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Resiliency Grant awarded in 2023.

The purpose of this grant has been to develop a comprehensive strategy to address:

  • Stormwater drainage improvements
  • Street flooding concerns
  • Increasingly severe storm events

Throughout the grant period, the engineering firm has provided periodic updates while developing storm drainage system designs tailored to Esto’s infrastructure needs.

Completion of this plan allows the Town to pursue implementation funding for identified projects, including new storm drains and street paving improvements aimed at reducing flood risk.

Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend and learn more about the proposed improvements.
