AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF ESTO, FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 13-02 RELATING TO MOBILE HOME REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Esto previously adopted Ordinance No. 13-02 on October 15, 2013, regulating mobile homes within the Town; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that Ordinance No. 13-02 is outdated, inconsistent with current regulatory practices, and may conflict with state and federal law; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to repeal Ordinance No. 13-02 in its entirety in order to eliminate conflicting provisions and to allow for the adoption of updated and legally compliant regulations;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ESTO, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 13-02.

Ordinance No. 13-02, adopted October 15, 2013, and all provisions contained therein, are hereby repealed in their entirety.

SECTION 2. CONFLICTS.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or provision of this Ordinance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption as provided by law.
