The Esto Farmers Market is coming to town! Starting in April, the market will be held every Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the green space between the Esto Volunteer Fire Department and Family Dollar (#12916) at 1045 Highway 79 N.

The Esto Farmers Market welcomes farmers, food vendors, bakers, and crafters to join us in creating a thriving local marketplace!

Market Details

📍 Location: Esto Town Hall (1045 Highway 79 N)
📅 Operating Months: March – October
🕖 Market Days & Hours: Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
💲 Vendor Fee: $25 per month, payable before the first market day of each month

Vendor Rules & Guidelines

1. Eligibility & Application

  • All vendors must complete an application and be approved before participation.
  • Spaces are limited (15-20), and preference may be given to local farmers and vendors.
  • Vendors must specify their product type; only approved products may be sold.
  • Monthly vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment must be made before participation each month.

2. Allowed & Prohibited Items

Allowed Items:
✔ Fresh produce, eggs, dairy, meat, honey, and farm products
✔ Homemade baked goods & cottage food items (must follow Florida regulations)
✔ Handmade crafts, jewelry, soaps, candles, and artisan products
✔ Food trucks with proper licensing and health compliance

🚫 Prohibited Items:
✖ Multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses
✖ Resellers or wholesale goods
✖ Yard sale, flea market, or mass-produced items

3. Setup, Breakdown & Attendance

  • Vendors must set up between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and be ready to sell by market opening.
  • All vendors must vacate the premises by 2:00 PM after closing.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, or any other display materials.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

  • All food vendors must comply with Florida health regulations.
  • Food trucks must provide proof of licensing and liability insurance.
  • Tents and tables must be sturdy and properly secured for safety.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of trash.
  • Prices must be clearly marked.
  • Vendors are responsible for payment of any local, state or federal taxes, including sales tax.

6. Conduct & Compliance

  • Vendors must act professionally and respectfully at all times.
  • The market manager reserves the right to remove vendors who violate rules.

Vendor Agreement & Application

To become a vendor, please review the full agreement and submit a signed copy to Esto Town Hall at 3312 2nd Ave South, Bonifay, FL 32425. You may also email the agreement to [email protected] and pay by card over the phone at 850-263-6521.
