The Town of Esto, Florida is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced bookkeepers or accounting firms to provide ongoing financial oversight and year-end accounting services.

Services may include periodic (monthly or quarterly) review of financial records, review of bank reconciliations, year-end financial preparation for audit, preparation and submission of the State of Florida Annual Financial Report (AFR), and related accounting support as needed.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Continuing Professional Engineering Services

2026-001 RFQ Continuing Engineering Services

The Town of Esto, Florida is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide continuing professional engineering services pursuant to the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), §287.055, Florida Statutes.

Selected firm(s) will be used on an as-needed basis for general municipal engineering projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, roads, drainage, parks, recreation, and public facility improvements. Multiple firms may be awarded continuing contracts.

Firms shall submit one (1) original, five (5) paper copies, and one (1) electronic PDF including all required information and compliance forms as outlined in the RFQ. Submittals shall not exceed thirty-five (35) pages, excluding required forms.

The complete RFQ package and required compliance forms are available by request from the Town Clerk at estotownclerk@gmail.com or may be picked up at Esto Town Hall, 3312 2nd Avenue South, Esto, FL 32425.
