- Click on the “Pay Here” option.
- Enter the last name on your account, and your account number. Your account number is “01-0 [your previous account number (example 0055)]-00”

- In addition to this new payment website, you can pay by phone by calling 850-805-7197.
- And something we know customers have requested for a long time — you can now pay with your credit or debit card in person at the Esto Town Hall, open Monday-Thursday 8AM-1PM.

If you have not updated your Water Department contact form please do so here.
Your water bill is DUE by the 10th of the month; After then a late charge of $20.00 will be charged to any account with a balance of $35.00 or greater. After the 17th of the month unpaid accounts may be disconnected.
To have service re-instated all outstanding charges must be paid plus the $35 reconnect fee.
Esto Water Works Annual Water Quality Report
The Safe Drinking Water Act requires all community water systems to provide a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), a drinking water quality report, to their customers on an annual basis. CCRs provide information to customers about their local drinking water quality, including details about source water, detected contaminants, system compliance, and other educational materials.
Consumer Confidence Reports are due to customers and the Department by July 1st of each year. This report is available at the Esto Town Hall and will be mailed upon request. If you have any questions about a report or concerning your water utility, please contact the Esto Town Clerk at 850-263-6521.
