Town of Esto to Begin Capital Improvement Plan in January 2025

The Town of Esto is taking an exciting step toward its future by launching a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) beginning in January 2025. This initiative will focus on evaluating and improving the town’s infrastructure, including roads, parks, the water system, and other key public assets. The plan will look at both current and future needs, explore funding opportunities, and provide a strategic roadmap for Esto’s growth and development over the coming years.

At the November 19 Town Council meeting, the council approved the creation of the CIP, which is expected to take 6-7 months to complete. The goal is to have the plan finalized by August 2025, so it can be used as part of the town’s application for the 2025 Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program grant. This grant could provide critical funding for improvements at John Clark Park.
