Town Clerk
The Esto Town is committed to providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer services to all citizens, visitors, and town employees in an efficient and effective manner, and to preserve accurate and complete city records with ease of access to all customers, as directed by state law, and to conduct financial business of the city in the most efficient manner possible.
The Town Clerk is responsible for the following; Human Resources, Public Records, Finance, Budget, Utility Billing, Business Tax Receipts, Elections, Grant Administration Comprehensive Planning and other administrative duties as necessary.
