Community Development Block Grant Application Second Public Hearing and Fair Housing Meeting

The Town of Esto will conduct a second public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Esto Town Hall, located at 3312 2nd Avenue, Esto, Florida, to discuss the submission of an application for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

The purpose of this hearing is to provide citizens with information regarding the proposed application, review eligible grant activities, and obtain public input on community development needs and priorities. This meeting will also include a Fair Housing discussion to fulfill requirements of the CDBG program.

All members of the public are invited to attend. Persons requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing should contact Esto Town Hall at (850) 263-6521 at least 48 hours in advance.

The Esto Town Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM CT at Esto Town Hall (3312 2nd Avenue South, Esto, FL 32425).

The agenda includes consideration of Resolution 25-03, approving an application to the Florida Department of Transportation’s Municipal Small County Outreach Program (MSCOP) for road improvements on 1st Avenue N.
