The Town of Esto is thrilled to announce its upcoming Community Garden Open House, scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 9th, 2024, from 10AM to 2PM at the beautiful John Clark Park.
This event promises a day filled with enriching activities for families, children, and community members, marking the commencement of a new year for our Community Garden. The highlight of the day will be informative gardening classes and demonstrations conducted by UF-IFAS. Participants in these classes will receive complimentary gardening kits with essential tools and gloves.
Community organizations, including the Mobile Clinic from Doctor’s Memorial Hospital, BRIC of NW FL, and The Holmes Valley Quilt Guild, among others, will also be present. Children can look forward to many of activities, including inflatables.
John Clark Park will be a great to explore with its new improvements, such as a disc golf course and a dedicated kids’ activity trail. The event will also feature food trucks and arts and crafts vendors.
