CDBG Environmental Review Public Notice

The Town of Esto has issued a Combined Public Notice related to its Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Water Improvements Project, Grant No. 26DB-N02.

The notice includes the Town’s Finding of No Significant Impact, Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds, and Final Notice and Public Explanation of a Proposed Activity in a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard Designated Floodplain and Wetland.

Written comments regarding the Environmental Review Record will be accepted through October 1, 2026. Comments may be submitted to the Town of Esto or by email to EstoTownClerk@gmail.com.
