Notice: Town Council Election 2023

The Town of Esto has scheduled the 2023 Town Council Election for Monday, December 4, 2023. This election will determine council members for the following seats and terms:

• Seat 2 for a 3-Year Term – Incumbent Greg Wells
• Seat 4 for a 3-Year Term – Open Seat

Qualification Period: Monday, October 30, 2023, at 8:00 am thru Friday, November 3, 2023, at 1:00 pm

During this period, qualifying packets, along with detailed qualification rules, will be available for pickup at the Esto Town Hall located at 3312 Second Avenue South, Esto, FL.

Candidates are required to submit their qualification documents to the town clerk during this period.

Candidate Qualifications: To be eligible, a candidate must have resided within the Esto Town limits for the preceding 6 months, possess legal voter status in the Town of Esto, and be up-to-date with all payments owed to the Town of Esto.

Voting Information: In the event that voting is necessary, it will take place on Monday, December 4, 2023, at the Esto Town Hall situated at 3312 2nd Avenue South, Esto, FL. Voting hours will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Important Note: Per Town Resolution 24-03, the Town Clerk will serve as the Supervisor of Registration and the Election Clerk. Additionally, the Town Clerk will appoint a minimum of three election pollsters and one guard no later than ten days prior to the election.
