New Accounts

All new accounts must complete an Application for Service, which provides necessary information for billing and service setup. To start a new water utility account, a $150 deposit is required. You will also need to present a valid photo ID when establishing the account.

Stopping Services

You can stop water services by submitting a Termination of Services form. We can shut off services for you the same day if you call before Noon or next business day if you call after Noon. Only the account holder can terminate service. A final reading will be taken, any deposit on file will be applied to the final bill and a check for and remaining deposit will be sent to the forwarding address.
